Missing Wired Conditions?

I've been trying to make games and stuff but i'm limited because it appears this hotel is missing the wired conditions :Has Furni on Triggering is allowed if one of the chosen furni has another furni on it the furni on top can then be acted upon with effects any ideas or when this wired conditions will be added?

Not all wired is coded on fresh
