[TPL] Vouching rules.

We have currently updated the rules on vouching, see below:

- In order to vouch for a user to become a trusted dealer, your Fresh account must be at least 1 month old; this is to stop people from vouching for themselves, as we've seen new accounts on the forums with only one post.
- You must also add your username when commenting to 'vouch' for someone so we know that users aren't duplicating forum accounts to vouch for themselves.



If you're caught vouching for yourself, you're in the risk of being banned.

Your account must be at least 1 month old if you want to become a Trusted Dealer.

To be enlisted in our silver dealer program and higher you'll not only need x amount of vouches, you'll also need to have 5 or more youtube videos of you paying bets to and from a well known member of the community.

You are required to have your own feedback and vouch thread before you post any vouches for other users.

Also, the requirements to become a trusted dealer is to have the following:

Bronze = 20
Silver = 40
Gold = 60

Silver & Gold Dealership Policy

Silver Dealer - Provide 3 YouTube videos of you paying 3 reasonably known users of the community a bet you lost & Have the person who you lost the bet to upload their side of the video too so we can cross check and confirm the footage.

Gold Dealer - Provide 5 YouTube videos of you paying a bet in excess of 100 Thrones to people who are fairly recognizable within the community & have them post there side of the clip too.

Policy's are subject to change at any time, be wary.

UPDATED 17/10/2015:

Your account must be at least 1 month old on Fresh in order to make a Trusted Dealer vouch thread, this is to prevent scammers.

If any Bronze/Silver/Gold Trusted Dealers are inactive for over a month then they will lose it.
Any Bronze/Silver/Gold Trusted Dealers who get banned, will also lose it.
If any Bronze/Silver/Gold Trusted Dealers don't have any thrones, dinos, typos or DJs, then they will be removed.
Also, if any Trusted Dealers don't bet regularly, they will lose it. ( You can bet at least once every 2 weeks or more).

Trusted Dealers are there to make Casino's a safe environment and to stop scammers. Please follow this updated structure. If unhappy, then changes can be made; see me in-game for more information. Thanks!

If you've vouched for someone that has scammed and you delete your vouch comment, you will be reset like the rest due to vouching in the first place and there may be a possible chance that you may be revoked and barred from becoming a Trusted Dealer.
