Wth? Cancer is a disease that is one of the largest contributing diseases in killing people by disease. It isn't a laughing matter at all. Seriously, how he like it if his parents were dying of Cancer and people were just laughing and being plain rude to him about his parents. It's to his detriment and will be judged when he dies.
