Donated 45 GBP
I've donated 45 GBP at the start of this year for "trial-moderator" / event staff but those ranks are now voided. Is there any type of refund I could get? I've also paid for platinum/ultra VIP a few years ago but those ranks have been voided too. Would I be able to get any VIP type benefits or such from donating this money as it is a large amount. Or will I have to suck it up and buy VIP again? I can supply the PayPal transaction ID if needed.

All sales in the Fresh shop are final. No refunds. Since all the ranks you listed are now obsolete, there's no way to get the benefits back. You will need to re-purchase the ranks you would like. Sorry about that.
