Why the ban should be lifted? : I'm sorry for the behavior I have shown toward's Kylie, I've never spoken to your staff members as rudely. At the time I said it Kylie quoted 'Say it again and your be gone' User; Wizel said he wouldnt accept it and kylie then made the ban. I have came across this as a serious matter and I would like to have a second chance as I use fresh daily.:p
