If you did not say other user's IP out, I think it is not against the rules of Fresh Hotel as said by Kylie before : "Sorry but DDoSing isn't exactly against the rules unless they say your IP."

I always thought it was to terminate someone's wifi for a designated amount of time but I wouldn't be surprised if people manage to get around it without getting banned. For example this happened to me like a few months ago: this guy told me to copy and paste the url in his motto onto the internet. Given the fact, i am so gullible, i did and it came up with something like 'getmyip.com' which was meant for only proper use but this guy had got a automatically sent email of my ip address but luckily he did not proclaim it. At first, i thought he was just being a dick to me but then i widened my perspective to something more drastic but luckily nothing has happened so far so yay XD i think the guy who did it to me got banned for scamming so yhhh. thats my story. Tbh i don't think its against the rules to get someones ip, i think it is against the rules when someone proclaims it to everyone as it comes under the following rule: Releasing a user's IP Permanent IP Ban

I've looked through my list of bans to confirm this and there is no record of you being on my ban list. Therefore, you must be using a free and common VPN that has been IP banned by me some time ago. Don't use VPNs mate. I didn't ban you. You're breaking more rules by doing so.
