Complications with a previous product.

Hello, in April I bought an account by the name of Wolf and at the time you guys were selling accounts for a specified amount of money. I bought the account and had the email changed on the Wolf account to my email so I could. Well a rollback happened I believe and the email on the Wolf account was changed back to the previous owner. So I was wondering if I could get it back somehow.
Here's the transaction and if you would like my email, I would rather PM as it's my personal email. Thanks for everything and my Fresh username is DarkxWolf.

Sorry but you purchased back in April, which was a very long time ago, we now have a different payment method so unfortunately we can't accept this.
