Wrongful ban from TheJacob

Additional info : It was a wrongful ban from TheJacob as I was banned for the same reason that I did before the mass unban. [MENTION=1]Jonteh[/MENTION] said that "No can do. Everyone was given another chance. They'd have to break the rules again to warrant a new ban."
With this issue, can I request that Jonteh or Kane re-investigate this case.
Furthermore, I don't think I did anything wrong in the first place to be considered "scamming" Sirmaarky. It was he who scammed me.

TheJacob is no longer staff and there was a mass unban yesterday, meaning that everyone was given another chance. This thread is unnecessary.
