I bought some points from the "Points Store", before it was taken off the website. I already paid for it and even received the points, I've emailed to [email protected] and there was no reply. It's been 2-3 days now, I just want to know how long does one usually receive their rares or package. I've emailed to them that I wanted to get the Diamond VIP. So if there's anyone who could help me with this, it'd be great and I appreciate it c:
