Internet Protocol (IP) address: not sure ( probably can figure out later on this afternoon)
Internet service provider (ISP): Bell
Username of other account(s) on the same IP Address (optional): sl8t ( because i couldn't access my other account )

I have been trying to click " forgot my password " but it doesn't do anything, Please heelpppp.:(:(:(

Fresh no longer does password resets.

You need to buy account recovery from the Fresh store.

how do you do that ? i can't see where it is located.

It sends me to the home page?

Yes.. Because once on homepage you hit the STORE tab.
