Client Not Loading (Bad English.)

I have a problem with client, Theres a Restart Server happened last night, after the restart server i logged on, then the loading bar always stop at 2nd loading bar, and cant enter any rooms. I tried to Clear cache, Use different browser, Reset my chrome. But the problem is still there. please help. :(

nothing we can do tbh, I logged a user who reported this and it loaded perfectly fine on my laptop so it isnt the accounts, it's got to be to do with where your from
