Grasping ban appeal v2

Include username of the account that was banned : Grasping

Include username of the staff that added the ban : Nick

Expiry date : June 17th, 2026

Email of the account in question : unsure

Reason for the ban : "scamming"

Why the ban should be lifted? : i feel as if the ban should be lifted because there was no actual scam, and nick has had this thing against me because i used to own the account he currently uses, and i got it back in the summer, and he was mad because of his missing items, in which i returned, anyways.. all im saying is an attempt is different than an actual scam, sure the outcome would've been the same, but he knew i did not have the items anyways, as can be read in the chatlogs, and i even admitted i did not have the items, before dices were even rolled, in this case no dices were even rolled. but yeah, i admitted i didnt have the items, no bet was taken place, once again staff rank gets to there head, please review this, and read that i clearly stated that i didn't have them.

And you agreed to the bet and then when he said show you said i don't have, So the intention of scamming was there in the first place.

Admit that your wrong to do what you did and move on. Your not being unbanned

still admitted to not having it, there wasnt even a bet, therefore in my opinion i should be unbanned but
