Banned?

I have been falsely reported by a member called Spoosh, she was saying stuff like she knew every fresh member in real life etc.. and of course I didn't believe her, so she goes and falsely reporting me because I was "Advertising", I was not advertising and I wouldn't do such thing. I am disappointed that I am banned as I enjoy this hotel very much. I would like to get my account back as it was falsely reported. Thank you.

Staff can see your chat logs, so they wouldn't of banned you if you didn't advertise? Anyway there is a ban appeal format to follow.

In the future please report people pretending to be staff or attempting to get you banned for no reason so we can take action.
