Need help verifying or resetting your password?
Hello everyone!
Recently, our staff team have been getting a lot of call for helps about their troubles with verifying their Fresh or Forum accounts as well as resetting your Fresh account's password.
We've double checked by creating new accounts on our end. There are absolutely no issues with the email system so we have decided to help you guys figure out how to properly verify/reset password! Below are the steps.
STEP ONE TO VERIFYING ACCOUNT:

If your account [when you log in] states that you're banned from trading until you verify your account, click the clearly visible white words within the same sentence to verify your account via email. Please please please make sure that you use the email or that it's a valid email.
STEP TWO:
STEP THREE:
THIS IS WHERE MOST PEOPLE HAVE PROBLEMS, SO PAY ATTENTION! Below I will be thoroughly showing how to see Fresh AND Forum emails on Outlook AND Gmail. Both somewhat different, but fairly simple. The first screenshot being Outlook and the second being Gmail.

IF YOUR EMAILS LOOK AS EMPTY AS THE ONES ABOVE: on Outlook, click where it says 'Other' rather than the current tab you are on which is 'Focused'. Whereas on Gmail, you need to go to your spam folder.
If you are having troubles finding where these could be, I've provided screenshots below.

While you're at it, please remove future emails from this sender to your main email tabs. On Outlook, you will be moving future emails to 'Focused' so that they will be instantly seen. On Gmail, you will be 'x'ing the spam option shown below to instantly see Fresh's future emails on your main folder.

STEP FOUR:
Check the email you've received and simply click the link it tells you once. It'll then redirect you to a new page indicating your account is verified.

STEP ONE TO RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD:
This is just as easy as verifying your account. If you have forgotten a password to your old account, you need to remember the email associated with the account as well as the username. If you do not have the email to the account in question then we are unable to further assist you. Below are the steps to reset your password:

Click 'Forgot Password' before you log in then fill in the information needed when it redirects you to a new page, like so:

You should get an email with a redirect link to verify you want to change your password.
Click it and follow the simple steps.

STEP THREE:
This is the final step in this process. The new email contains your new password. If you would like to change it in the future, when you log in your Fresh account you can change it under 'Account Settings'.

STEP ONE TO SETTING UP/VERIFYING A FORUM ACCOUNT:
When you set up a Fresh Forum account, it'll ask you to verify your account right away in order to proceed viewing/posting on Forum. These steps should be straight forward and quick.

STEP TWO:
At this point, you will need to WAIT till an admin has looked over your account and has accepted it. From there on, you will be able to roam free on Forums!
