For some reason on my account 'CompIex', i cant get into the game the cilent loads and gets stuck at 'This is you' 'You were last logged in..' so i cleared my cache as well as my browser cache and its still not working. So then i click 'My Page' and it said i was online so i think my account is glitched because you can't have two cilents, so because the game thinks im in the game everytime i try get in the game the cilent gets stuck because of that reason. Please help me out it will be very appreciated thank you for reading this. -Jack aka: CompIex


Also i have loads of rares and money on that account that's why i really want to go back on it.
So please don't reset/clean my account please.

I am having the same problem with my account which is 'omanko'. I enter the client and it just stays on the 'Welcome to Fresh hotel' page and doesn't do anything else. It's weird because I'm getting on my other accounts fine. Although omanko is my main account which has my rares, rooms and money on, so again I would like to get all of those back, as I worked hard on them. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies and all of that, I've even tried a different computer but it is still the same.

I'd like to sort this out as soon as possible and get back onto my main account. Thank you.

Both accounts have been fixed.
It appears that when you get an automatic ban at the end of it you are still marked as banned.
