Problem with Client?

I am having a problem with my account which is 'omanko'. I enter the client and it just stays on the 'Welcome to Fresh hotel' page and doesn't do anything else. It's weird because I'm getting on my other accounts fine. Although omanko is my main account which has my rares, rooms and money on, so again I would like to get all of those back, as I worked hard on them. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies and all of that, I've even tried a different computer but it is still the same.

I'd like to sort this out as soon as possible and get back onto my main account. Thank you.

Your account has been fixed.
It appears that when you get an automatic ban at the end of it you are still marked as banned.
