Ban Appeal

Hi, today after disconnecting and trying to get back in to fresh i got a message saying access denied to freshhotel.org

I tried to reenter several times after but it either came up blank or it would disconnect before entering.
the only room i visited was a friends school she was building and my home i just started building, i didn't interact with anyone else but my friend. so i don't see why i am banned

no message came up saying who i got banned from or when the ban expires just a message saying access is denied and i would have to message a administrator.

the hotel is currently down for updates, that's prob the issue if you have no banned message and generally just d/c
