Hotel moderator doesn't have any catalogue benefits. There are many commands and you MUST be trained before you use these powers. Only purchase hotel moderator if you understand that you will be required on alot and you will constantly have to deal with reports. You will need to know all of the rules at https://rules.fresh-hotel.org/. As a moderator, you are a role model to the users. Also be alarmed that if you abuse, your rank can be taken off you at any given time without warning. Think twice my friend.

Yeah. I would think twice. People think it's an easy job to be a moderator, but you will have to know what to do and all the responsibilities that come with it. You have to be active if you're a moderator. Like [MENTION=195]KayDerp[/MENTION] said, the rank can be removed from you at any time!

Thanks i was a mod on obbah and force but i have became active recently since i have to take my college classes online but if i am doing my.job.do i have to worry about losing my rank if so i will just use my money to buy rares and.what not

If you're active on your hotel, you shouldn't lose your rank, because you're showing loyalty. 3-4 hours should be enough on hotel a day, but since these hotels aren't Fresh, I can't answer further. Have a nice day :)

If you are going for the rares that can be bought from the catalogue, rather than wanna be a staff, u might wanna consider buying vip instead (more expensive). (Staff needa do lots of things ya know, and got a chance that your position as a staff might get removed)

VIP isn't more expensive than staff, lol.

Staff is worth buying. You don't get extra's though. It's not about the furni it's helping the fresh community. You will only be fired if you abuse commands... people shouldn't comment unless they know full facts. I've loved helping fresh and others :)

Like [MENTION=79]Chels[/MENTION] said, Staff is worth buying and it is probably an amazing experience! Moderator is more expensive than VIP. The most VIP costs now is £20. Also, VIP is worth buying!

Kane keeps track of all staff. I was automatically given my moderator back without informing him when there was a rollback.

When someone is banned, most of the time the staff member supplies a link of the evidence (proof) so if the banned user complains, any other staff member can easily take a look at the link supplied in the ban reason for the reason why the user has been banned. I tend to do this, as it is useful and avoids the whole situation if someone rages and reports you for abusing.

swishn8 is beyond bitter, so ignore him.

i loved being staff! i like helping people and answering call for helps (problems sent in by users).

I agree with [MENTION=90]Cattle[/MENTION], that user is trying to get attention and trying to prevent people buying from the Fresh store. I think this user is already causing spam and enough chaos in the hotel so I would just ignore the user. The point [MENTION=195]KayDerp[/MENTION] made was exactly right. When you're banned, it gives you a reason, your date until end of ban and the staff member who banned you. Staff don't just ban people on the spot. They have to take into consideration and see if their is any proof of this.

Ok before thread is close my last question can I still place bets in the casino if i'm staff as when I was mod on another hotel we weren't allowed too

Also is the upgrade automatic or when I buy it do I have to contact someone cheers thanks for the help everyone

Yes you can still gamble while mod.

Fresh store purchases can take up to 48 hours. [MENTION=2]Kane[/MENTION] or [MENTION=3]Nick[/MENTION] process orders. Mention that you've bought something and they'll check for payment usually. Once it's completed, they will fulfill the order.

Yes. I would mention to them that you have purchased something, but REMEMBER, you must not keep nagging! This will be counted as annoying and serious action may be taken. You can still bet in the casino as you see many staff are right this minute.
