Grasping ban appeal.

Yeah, anyways, according the official rules, on "What can i be banned for article, scamming is not an ip ban, anyways, Nick banned me for scamming, but i didnt scam him, no dices were rolled, no furni was lost, An attempted scam, sure, maybe, ill take that, so please ATLEAST Reduce the ban time to the proper time, and Un-ip ban so i may continue to use the hotel until Grasping is unbanned, THEREFORE i think there is some Power issues with some staff on this hotel (Eg, Abusive bans) Staff like, "Nick" tend to always use power over everything, HARDLY help users as i witness him ignoring someone asking for help, WHILE he was taking bets, which is not part of his job.

sure scamming accounts are never unbanned, but i did not scam anything, an attempt maybe if anything, this was just a case where staff powers are just being abused, and this is just unfair, please dont just deny this the moment you see its for scamming, ask Nick and im sure he will tell you i didnt actually scam, but an attempt sure, as ive gotten cleaned 250 drags... 50 icms, and alot more

i got 2 staff witnesses you tried to scam me, and i take about 3 bets a day so keep talking out of your ass

lets try that again, tell me how its staff abuse when you know you got caught scamming, also have logs on 0ntario of you begging for hour to pay for an unban, in the logs you clearly ask for a 50v50 blue drag bet when in fact, you dont have the dragons at all, I gave you a second chance to back out yet you went in the booth, so i asked you to show. Normally i wouldnt even bother when you clearly tried to scam me, but here :)

Also at the end, when you know you got caught scamming, nice try in transferring over your points :)

your a prolific scammer and even when told you cannot be un banned on a different account for it you tried to bribe nick by offering more points, I was in the room at the time as well as another member of staff.

End of the day you may think of it as attempted it's got the same outcome a ban , It's like someone not showing the bet.

You even said "Craig won't take my bet" so you obviously had tried to scam someone else.

People like you make me so angry as you have no problem with taking peoples stuff when you can't pay yourself.

If i had lost a bet to you or tried to scam you I'd accept the punishment and take it like a MAN .

Read the format properly and the exact thing that relates to your appeal would be the following

"We process all ban appeals except a several these include things such as scamming, advertising, blackmailing, threatening, and charging back payments are not going to be reviewed and instantly denied. However everything else is appeal able at this time."

The scamming act comes under the intent to scam or actually going ahead and scamming or if you're involved in a scamming plot you're done for being involved with a scam that you had full knowledge of knowing of which you could have reported but got caught out and are now beyond fucked.
