These rules are in place to further protect our users from being mistreated and underpaid and to avoid issues.

• Each agency must comply with our minimum wage structure enforced by Fresh Hotel to ensure each worker is paid fairly.
• (Current minimum wage is set at 5M a day)
• Thus meaning it's 35M per week in wages per user employed by the agency. (at the bare minimum) excluding bonuses.
• Each agency has to pay the workers weekly as of first week of May. (any agency paying monthly or longer will be fined a flat fee of 3B)
• Each agency making upwards of 30B a month is subject to 5% agency tax.
• Each agency higher official making upwards of 10B or more in profit will be subject to 3% tax.
• Each agency that hires Fresh Hotel staff members will be subject to review by @Kane to make sure the staff member doesn't cause conflict to rivaling agencies. (Kane holds the right to pull the staff out of the agency if trouble is caused)
• Each agency has the right to pay @Kane 9B a week to be on the featured section of the navigator for advertising purposes towards your base (reason it's that high is every time someone logs in, it's the first thing that does pop-up)
• Agencies that are not making any profit, such as the white house could file a non profit clause and Kane would remove them from the list of agency that need to pay) (Kane will investigate these instances to make sure no profit is being made secretly)

This list is subject to change and altering, the date will be added at the bottom of the post of the last time this list was edited to let you know when these rules were altered.

Financial information is collected every 1st of every month
Things we ask for are as followed

1) Cash available to the agency in cash and bills overall
2) Wages paid for the month in question
3) Donations accepted during the month in question.
4) Salarys taken by the higher ups of this agency.

Kane has the right to put certain agency into audit and scan through all there files to make sure no information is being given as false.

Send this information to [email protected] and we'll list your agency as up to date with our tax code.

Each agency's financials will be kept stored on Fresh Hotel's servers and not be released or made available to the general public at all costs.

Agencies subject to taxing are:

- White House, owned by "KeirM". - Finances up to date - April covered by Adaptivity (3B)
- FIB (Federal Investigation Bureau), owned by "Kanika" April covered by GiIgamesh (13B)
- Universal Intelligence Reform (UIR), owned by "GandaKoXD" - April covered by GandaKoXD (11B)

Price for featured has been adjusted at 50B for a month, and additional 7B to be the first room on the featured area.

White House has paid advertising until Wednesday, 14th of July, 21:24 BST (Featured tab)
FIB has paid advertising until Wednesday, 14th of June 18:00 BST (Featured tab)

I'll post any more agencies in future if they meet the threshold of a defined standard agency to be taxed. @Kane

Taxation of agency's are no longer a thing.
All agency's can keep funds generated and only have to pay for advertising on featured from this point forward.
