I just bought crystal VIP but I don't get badge or catalogue yet. Please help.

Talk to ben, he will give you the catalogue and the badge seeing you are Crystal VIP.

Search for divide in forum that's ben or look for him in the hotel.

Ben hasn't been staff for a long time. And also, I think you have to repurchase VIP packages since there are new ones?
