    My Account is now gone and It "doesn't EXIST" because of this Rollback

    My Name is Hyurno in fresh hotel and I just created this account last Month (But Definitely not april 10) I have bought 100 thrones and Anti-Wipe from the store. Now that I can't access my account because of this rollback I can't use them anymore and I just wasted my money for this.

    I created a new account and the name is the same "Hyurno" so if the staff will give my anti-wipe and 100 t's please give it to this account or if you caan recover the old Hyurno IT WOULD BE GREAT!

    if you have the purchase/receipe order i'm sure the staff team will give you the items and wipe protection, as for the user no clue.

    The invoice should be within the "Invoices" section of the Shop tab. Send an email to [email protected]

    edit: I'm not 100% positive that's the right email. Try it anyways though.

    No I cant go to my account Hyurno because of the roll back It doesn't exist

    Why? I used real money to buy 100 thrones and anti-wipe now I can't get into my account. If I made a new account It would just put my money into waste. And I think cannot get them from a new account

    Thats why you would email the fresh support team. I'm sure they will handle it diligently. They have a lot on their plates right now. Just make a new account so they have something to fall back on to return your things to. I'm not a staff member, but that's exactly what I would do.
