Can't get access to account (Please Read Staff)

Hey there. I recently purchased my account, the username being "Creator" and the email wasn't set to my email address, so when I try to recover my account it doesn't go to my email. I was just wondering if one of the staff could please help me with this. Thanks -Creator

nothing can be done for lost items, if you still have the payments receipt you may get them back but many will have lost out it will take time and hassling the staff for them wont get you anywhere... as for unmade accounts, you'll need to remake it. It wasn't saved. As for purchased names same apply's, contact Nick or Kane with your purchase receipt and see if the pass can be changed back or try follow the forgot pass instructions
