I have a account named "Zach" I'd like a refund of 75.00 GBP issued immediately to the credit card I used to purchase Events Staff. I paid for a invoice then dpkg, a member of your staff team, started to tell me none of the staff like me etc and genuinely being unprofessional due to the nature of his job. so I filed a formal complaint through proper procedure into Rod, who forwarded it to management. From there, I was immediately banned by Ben with no reason what so ever permanently and it is IP aswell.

I would like to have the 75.00 GBP refunded to me as I have not received the order I paid for.

You purchase items from the store at YOUR OWN RISK.
The staff can at any time remove your rank that you purchased if you are deemed incapable.

I can't see that you will get a refund, but best of luck to you.
