Disconnecting When I Enter Rooms

Hello Fresh,

I've noticed I have a reoccurring issue where I will click on a room from the menu and then disconnect just before the room loads. It's a little frustrating because it's preventing me from entering particular rooms, and the rooms are the whole point in the game. I've tried reloading, emptying the cache, changing my browser and changing my computer, but I'm still getting the problem. Please may someone fix this.
