Hello, I would like to propose a suggestion towards those who are reading this, with regards to the assistance distributed on the hotel.

Recently, I've noticed that many staff members are very busy with dealing with reports, bans and many other important affairs. Furthermore, I would like you to consider the proposal of 'Fresh Experts' or 'Fresh Helpers'. These users could be listed on the website, and their duty would be to help users with impending questions, which may not need to be answered by a moderator. If they require the assistance of one, they will still be able to get directed to one by these helpers, or go to them their selves.
