Dear sirs,
Within a few days of the role back I sent an email to [email protected] as per the instruction of this article: https://fresh-hotel.org/articles/750...ng-fresh-store
Later, after no reply or action had been taken for around a week I submitted an in game "call for help" where I was told they were doing the orders but they were busy and I needed to wait.
After this I sent a follow up email, also no response.
This is regarding that I have lost my store purchases from the roll back.
