Reason for the ban : Advertising in Private Message

Why the ban should be lifted? : First of all, the time when I was banned was me, working in DIA, joking with my friends. (Turbulent & asshol3) I was banned for no entire reason, I was just there chatting and stuff, and I was banned suddenly, and surprisingly, I was banned by Dewi, which I believe to, (used to) work in DIA. I was I advertising? Thus, the strangest thing is, in private message? I was talking just talking to my friends using public chat ! not private message? how did I got banned? Although I was skyping with my friends when I was banned I DID NOT mention about skype AT ALL.

pretty much the same happened to me too. I was just chatting with a friend and recommending an album then I get banned for..? advertising? how is talking about music considered advertising?

I know, I don't understand why skype is part of advertising, thus I didn't even MENTION about it before!

pm advertising has to be provided with proof before a ban, so if he's banned you... he must have had proof for it

I don't see what is part of advertising, I told my friend that I was playing a new retro, but I was BANNED all of a sudden, so how was that part of advertising?
