i got banned for no reason

Why the ban should be lifted? : The guy hotel alerted some pointless shit then I asked him why and he gave me a cocky answer then a person in the room got sarcy with me for no reason and when I replied to her then I got banned for no reason without a warning at all, so in all fairness I was banned for no reason at all which is pointless which I think is an abuse of powers
