No idea why I was banned?

I can't view the page that said I was banned when I try to login but I'll try to put down the most I remember.

Include username of the account that was banned : Twerko

Include username of the staff that added the ban : N/A

Expiry date :11 years

Email of the account in question : N/A

Reason for the ban : I have no idea. I tried to login to fresh for the past days and it hasn't been letting me. Sometimes the ban page popped up when I tried to login but not anymore so I can't get all the information from the ban.

Why the ban should be lifted? : I haven't done anything wrong and I remember the ban reason didn't make sense. Maybe it was a mistake? I have played fresh for a couple of years and I wouldn't do anything to get me banned.
