    Ban Appeal : Jommi

    Include username of the account that was banned : Jommi [ It was IP Banned ]

    Include username of the staff that added the ban : Jaydennn

    Expiry date : 11 Years

    Email of the account in question : [email protected]

    Reason for the ban : Scamming

    Why the ban should be lifted? :
    Im sorry for scamming, im being honest i know i scammed and i know it was wrong. so therefore you can reset my account, take all the rares off it, or do w.e u want with it because i really want to get back on fresh and support it. Im sorry the person who i scammed. im really sorry. you can have all my coins and pixels for all i care. i want to get back on fresh becuz i love it. Truly

    I thank you for owning up. Although, saying sorry just sometimes isn't enough. The user you scammed is left without their rares still. How is that fair? At Fresh, we only process certain ban appeals, in which don't include scamming, advertising, blackmailing, threatening, and charging back payments. If you loved Fresh so much, you shouldn't have made your account vulnerable to be banned.

    This ban appeal has been denied.

    @Jayydenn Please man i beg you, that was my 1st time scamming on fresh. Can you aleast think about it? Because most of these people won't own up to what they did. i know its wrong, but can u at least unban my ip? so i can start fresh again. Please think about it?

    I'll unban your IP, but your account will remain banned. If I even get a CFH saying that you scammed, you will be instantly IP banned. I hope I have made myself clear.

    so @Jayydenn has just unbanned a scammers ip allowing him to make more accounts and scam again... great logic!!
