I have appealed a ban only for it to have been unsucessful and have a complaint about it. I was banned for 13 years for staff abuse and was told to go on their website to see the rules. I then did, only to see the punishment should last 3 weeks. So how come i got banned for 13 years? Thats unfair. If you make rules you should abide by them. Also lately the staff have been given out really harsh bans recently which is not right. Why am i receiving a 13 year ip address ban. This really infuriates me as i have other people in the house who use fresh and now they cant aswell. I hope you guys follow your own rules and reduce my ban to only 3 weeks or atleast take off the IP address ban. This is really annoying since i've been using this retro for a couple of years now only for one joke to get me a 13 year ip address ban. Hopefully you right this.
