Currently, in freshRP these two are totally empty almost all of the time. This is because there is no reason to go there. I suggest that something be added so that there is a benefit to visiting these places.

The idea I had was that if you went to them, you could increase your health up to 150, depending on how long you stayed there. Say, it increased 10 for every 5 minutes there. So the hospital could heal you up to 100, but then if you were going on a big raid, you might want to spend 25 minutes at the strip club to get it up to 150 first.

Could be the same for burger king or different, but something needs to be done to make these places more desirable to visit.

(Also I think we need more police, so they should be paid slightly more? But thats another post.)
