Hi.

I was a member of Fresh Hotel back in 2014 and I lost access to my account because back in the past you guys had a change password option and I used it to change my pass but once I logged out and tried to log back in with the new pass it was not letting me log in.

Here are some basic details about my account.

Email I used to sign up to fresh was: [email protected]

I feel so stupid for ever using that change password thing you guys had cause now I do miss playing Fresh Hotel and I wouldn't mind getting my account back so I can play it again.

Ok so you saw the other thread... Am I getting a password forget being sent to my email or not?

Because I pretty much answered all the rest 100% except for one...

And I know I bought Emerald VIP when fresh hotel used to have Emerald VIP as an option.

Sorry about the swearing in this one. I forgot what actually ticked me off in that email but what I read of it was that I waited a couple of months to get my account fixed but you guys didn't do it back then.

The only reason I'm back here today was because someone said "New Owners" so I thought that knowing the fact it's 2015 I'd try and get my account back after over 2 years of missing out on this game.

And I know for a fact the account as the old emerald VIP package you guys used to sell to users back in the day. I ain't 100% certain that the account still has it I hope it does.

And what more proof you need? I provided the basics that you required back in my 3rd thread which should cover up pretty much the requirements you're asking for except I can't remember the last IP that was used back in the day.

And I also like to state that I sent you guys 2 messages to your email

1 in 2013 and another in 2014. I don't know if you guys keep old messages for that long lol.

I should of never have gone through with that password change option you guys had setup back in 2013 that's what screwed up my account and that's how all this started because you guys wouldn't help me back then and I don't think I'm gonna get help at all today either...
