Reason for the ban : scamming wtf

Why the ban should be lifted? : the ban should be lifted as myy borthers account 'Denne' was the one who scammed, whilst using my laptop and then came to my room straight (Fergos Casino). i was not on myy computer, but my account was logged in, as he was on my computer using his account and because of this the MOD has obviously assumed i (Fergo) was using both accounts, when i wasnt. hence the ban should be lifted for Fergo.
