Why the ban should be lifted?
Well basically, I have been a user of fresh hotel since 2013 and I had no idea that you weren't allowed to type links and post them and I had just created a room and as the server disconnected and everyone logged on, my room became the most popular. So, after around half an hour, one person asked me to advertise a youtube video which was apparently promoting fresh hotel so I thought I was doing something good for both the hotel and the person but clearly, I was being tricked. I am really sorry for advertising but I do think this isn't exactly my fault as I didn't know and 13 years is way too much I am really saddened by this, please lift it! Thank you.
