Why the ban should be lifted? : The reason why the ban should be uplifted is since I was unfairly banned for talking to staff about trying to assist a friend of mine on Fresh who was unfairly banned as well. Despite that, my friend was banned unfairly about telling the truth while I had to sit there and struggle to be as civil as possible with Staff Members Kylie and Sox, who continued to type on. To be honest, I felt that I should have never talked to them in the first place and feared I will be banned unfairly for at least talking to them about that it was found a little unfair. Of course, I was obviously banned as they "constantly" told me to stop typing and another told me I should give you a ban of 13 years and I'm just stating the truth what has happened there. Definitely, I felt thrown out unfairly due to being ganged up and definitely, I knew that they were going to ban me since they banned a friend of mine once more.

I can understand that I shouldn't have done that in the first place by helping my friend and sure, I shouldn't have gone a tiny bit too far about the idea that I said: "Justice is broken [here]", which possibly got me banned for "melt". Definitely and during that time, I knew they were just taunting a bit towards me and what I wrote during the time. Along with that, I honestly have no idea what is "melt", but I have not harassed any Staff or any other user(s) that were in the room during the time I was alone. Definitely, I was certainly upset about the ban that was issued to me for just talking to Staff about an [unfair] issue about a friend's ban. I just couldn't understand how such a simple issue could have turned into getting banned. Next time, I possibly won't get too close to Staff as I sort of learned my lesson about them.

Huge Edit: I have NEVER scammed in my own time in Fresh-Hotel for my 3-year trial here. Definitely, I feel like that source is found greatly false as there is clearly no proof that I have scammed. To be honest, I don't have multiple accounts except for one alternative account and I haven't used that over a year! I would like to refrain that if you got that information from Sox, then he is definitely changing the story as I wasn't scamming anyone, nor was I trading or betting anyone during that event. The event above I have explained is what exactly happened during that time.

I definitely know that Sox is lying as he was being rather rude towards me, despite me trying to be as civil as I can. I just wanted to re-submit this in order to inform you (Kane) that I haven't scammed, never done any abuse and never harassed towards any users or Staff Member in the room. Look, I definitely know that Sox is changing the story around in order to make me look like I've done so much wrong back then when I haven't done anything that Sox suggested himself. I just wanted to clear that issue up as I wasn't happy about that "I was scamming" when I have never done or performed any scamming towards any user on Fresh-Hotel.org.

I feel like that Sox is trying to change this story about my Ban Appeal to keep me banned for good...

Edit 2: To be honest, I wish you could seriously take it serious rather than just saying I'm a scammer when there is 0 evidence I have ever scammed towards any user ever. If there was any user reports, then where is their evidence? I'm trying not to get upset and rather vile, but where is their evidence then? Who said I had "multiple accounts" and you can't just say that I'm literally a scammer right away without any evidence. If you have evidence, then lay it down and I will definitely say something about it if that event ever happened before and I'll bet you're still not going to accept me, despite explaining an entire event and all I get is: "Shortly, you're a scammer." How can you determine if I'm a scammer or not with zero evidence? Can you actually take this rather seriously and give me a second chance than having to state a lie towards me? I really don't understand where you got that idea of that I'm a scammer and please reveal the "evidence" you have then, Kane. I'm not trying to annoy you (which you will say definitely), but I just want to get things straight and correct that the event WAY above is certainly what happened and nothing else.

To be honest, I don't think you're taking this seriously in any way and I wish you could look more into the ban. I know I can't do anything about this anymore except to constantly keep stating over and over. Don't take me as hostile, but I would like to have my questions answered such as:

- Where did you get the evidence for that I was scamming, which is the opposite story of my event?
- Could you actually look into the event more and talk to Sox about the event? I'm sure he's not going to tell the truth.
- Please tell me how many "multiple accounts" and their "usernames" because I got only one alternative account that is over a year old and I'm currently stuck with that Alternative Account.
- How can you tell that I'm a scammer then? I'm actually denying a lie which has never occurred.
- If there were user reports, then who tried to user report me then? Is there any evidence of doing so?

Look, I get it. I write too damn long, I can notice I'm going to get a redemption and I'm thought as waste of time to others, but just take it seriously at least since I feel that I'm not given a chance or any redemption about this. I just feel really unjust about that the situation is that I'm the bad guy here and everyone else is so good and I'm the bad guy. Definitely, I'm always getting that feeling of no justice is situated. Just please think about it thoughtfully and look into the issue. That's all I ask for you to see.

This is my final chance at getting you to actually see what happened rather than saying I'm a scammer. Definitely, I shall stop once you have at least looked into the issue a bit more.
