1 account unbanned but other still banned [Updated with correct template]

Reason for the ban : ADV

Why the ban should be lifted? : I recently posted a ban appeal for my accounts Iynx and iiJakey being banned. Doozles unbanned me but only unbanned Iynx and I wanted iiJakey unbanned too. But she is no longer staff so can another staff member please unban this account?
