Reason for the ban : Broke our Policy one way or another

Why the ban should be lifted? : I didn't actually do anything.. I tried to log in one day and BAM... I was banned. I emailed fresh like 3 times about the issue but nothing. At first the reason was "adv" but now it's different. I don't know how I could've advertised, I only play Fresh Hotel. If anything, I would have been advertising one of my rooms that I made. I don't think that is breaking the rules. Anyway, I don't know what I did, or when I did it. But I'd really like my account back.
