I think it may also be quite nice to have a separate list of what items are in a set? Some people are still unsure about how many items are in a full set, and would avoid people being sold things as sets when they're actually incomplete. For example; someone selling a 'set' of square thrones as 7 or 8 instead of 9, or something like that? (I have seen this happening a couple of days ago).
I know I'm personally quite new to rares, and myself don't know how many monoliths are in a set, and which are supers and which can be bought in the catalogue. I'm not sure how practical this would be; but it was only a thought.

Also, dark dragon sets and beats sets aren't listed. Last I saw they were 2t per set, but they may have changed since then.
Big dragons are also very popular on the hotel at the moment and also aren't listed here. Although not personally my cup of tea, I've seen the prices range from 40m to 4t each. So I think it would be good with someone with more of a sound knowledge to help out with the value of them. This thread is a great idea, and I use it frequently to help me out as I begin to get into rares! Great idea guys!

Yeah that was the main issue with your thread in my opinion also you might want to double check some items for real street value

The edit of the Rare Values is neat, amazing idea to have it colour coded!
