Hey Guys Sorry for the long wait but a largely requested Update to the values is now here!

Please note that these values have been comprised by myslef and other members of the community so it is wise that they are followed to maintain a fair economy, however if you do have any suggestions on prices reply and this will be reviewed by myself or @Ljubridnakjjrdoff
Also values for icms and dragons have been taken by considering the number of each rare avaliable on the hotel and have thus been priced following their rarity

Petal Patches- 2 for 1t
Ambers- 1t per set (3 ambers in a set)
Bird Baths- Red BB-3 for 1t
All other BB's-1t each (4 Bird Baths per set)
Fans-1t each
Trophies-2t each (3 trophies in a set)
Hc sofa- 4t (Not verry abundant)
Golden Tablet- 6t
Pandas-6t
Red Smoke-2t

Pink-2t (Limited Edition resulted in mass ammounts)
Forest , Blue, Sky , jade -13t (most Rare Dragons across hotel)

Yellow,bronze,blue,chocco,orange- 15t (Most rare icms following updates)

Take into Consideration that values are always updated as myself and others will review their abundance and rarity across the hotel

Following the new wipe across the hotel, the ammount of rares like typos,dinos,djs and thrones across the hotel , have all dropped rappidly. These values have been updated according to that , increasing the value of these items as requested by @Kane

This does seem fair but I have seen a few people selling Thrones for 3 DJs, and vice versa.

Hey Guys Here is a Baseline for the Values of some rares on the hotel We made after dealing with many Supers!
You should use these as a baseline to avoid getting ripped off
