Reason for ban: Broke our Policy one way or another

Why the ban should be lifted : My account on Fresh Hotel is called "Nasxe" therefore my sister got us the ban not me , however from what I know she told me that someone was bothering her so she got in to a argument with here and I think ip banning her perm for having a argument was a bit harsh but this is her side of the story anyways I can't really control what my sister does on the hotel however if you do choose to unban her she won't do it again.
