Why the ban should be lifted? :
Yesterday was the first time I had been on fresh for a few months and I was only on there for about
ten minutes, I didn't advertise another hotel as I have no other accounts on any other hotels.
I've never been banned before or said anything rude on Fresh.

Your account is not banned, Your IP is banned for advertising another hotel on Fresh Hotel, Advertising is a serious offence and warrants an IP Ban, unfortunatly ill have to get back to you on this, but i dont think you will be getting unbanned

I'm sorry but I don't really understand what it means by IP? I don't remember ever advertising another hotel on Fresh I wouldn't do that are you sure this isn't a mistake? Thanks anyway
