Why the ban should be lifted? Well one day I was able to play fresh hotel and then next I wasn't. Apparently our ip address and our accounts were banned. My brother who also played fresh hotel admitted to me after a while why cyclops banned our ip address which turned out to be him advertising another retro I have never even heard of. So I think it is quite unfair that I am banned in the process.

Mam chels not to be rude or anything but I thought I mentioned above my brother confessed to me that he advertised and that is why we got banned.

it's no proof to us though, advertising is an ip ban which unfortunately bans all on the ip

Also mam chels isn't there such thing as an account ban and couldn't that be applied in this situation to my brother which will leave me access to fresh hotel. Mam chels believe me if I was lying I would not be going to all this trouble to appeal for something that I have in actual fact done and I would live with a guilty conscience. My record before the ban has been completely clean.

advertising = ip ban, why acc ban advertisers that can make more accounts? as for asking your 'brother' it could be you making an account... @Ginge will have her say

Please provide genuine proof that it was your brother who advertised (you must show that it is your brother telling you and not yourself sending messages) and we will consider the ban appeal, thank you.

If you even read the Ban appeal forum of how you format it, they said not to use the old excuse your brother did that.

Yeah you need actual evidence, for example if your convicting someone of murder, then say you saw him do it; wheres your proof.

I think my brother used the account called 'Stringy' so if you are too account ban, do it to the account :Stringy (no colon). Don't ban tealpan13 because it was not that account that did anything and it would affect my cousin who also used tealpan13 and never did anything wrong.
