Reason for the ban : "Repeatedly spamming hate towards Kaeden"

Why the ban should be lifted? : I was betting against a user named Kaeden. He tried scamming me at first and tried getting others in room to say I was scamming him when dice clearly showed that I won. TheJacob and TheCasinoMan were in the room and TheCasinoMan told us to redo it. I won again and TheCasinoMan told Kaeden to trade me, I kept getting traded by an odd username and I wasn't able to accept the trade so TheCasinoMan was going to drop it in my room, but before I could go to a room, TheJacob bans me with the reason saying, I was "spamming hate towards Kaeden" which I wasn't; the kid was refusing to pay me in front of staff and I was obviously frustrated as anyone else would be if someone didn't pay what they owe. The ban is only for 7 days, but still, this ban was uncalled for because I was not in the wrong. TheCasinoMan said he's received reports of Kaeden scamming before making me another victim of his scams, yet I was banned for no legitimate reason other than I was mad the kid wouldn't pay his dues. I have not caused any trouble on the hotel before and don't plan on it as I like Fresh and am a regular user. I would greatly appreciate it if something were to be done. Thank you.
