Reason for the ban : Scamming a bet (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JXSF8I7zzaQ).

Why the ban should be lifted? : Jacob said in "Spencer's misunderstanding ban" that there was no misunderstanding, as I should correct sirmaarky. Ok, assuming it is my fault, I am willing to pay Sirmaarky the 2ts that he had won if he had not re-spinned the dice. Since it was mostly sirmaarky's fault, I request that the staff not ban me so long (11 years), but instead give me a lower sentence. Furthermore, I did not know that even if he re-spins, it was my fault.
I hope the staff would look into this.

Since he is banned, this means that he is a scammer in the first place. He showed that he is a scammer before. He ran after the bet. So does this prove that im not a scammer?

Regardless of whether he's currently banned or not -- I did not ban him --, you scammed him and have already had an opportunity to appeal your ban (in addition to an unofficial petition). This thread is closed.
