Had an issue with buying diamonds.

My username on fresh is strobelightss, too. I made a healp request for this issue and was told to post here for help.

I converted all the diamonds i had in my hand (about 2,090) so i could empty my inventory of junk without losing them. But i like to keep them in my inventory rather than my account so went to buy them back and used the :buy x command and bought 500 then another 100 after that. I realised they weren't in my inventory so I reloaded the hotel, but the diamonds still aren't there and the correct amount has been removed from my account at the top right corner where it says how many i have. I'm not bothered about getting these back if it isn't possible but I was just wondering if there's anything I should do to fix it so I can convert the rest of them into diamonds and not lose them?

I also tried to use :buy x to but some items from the bronze VIP catalogue and it takes the credits for them too, and also do not get them in my inventory.

It's being like that for me too, just not with diamonds. Every piece of furni.
