Wipple, I do believe Chels wasnt really Advertising in a way. You approached her from what I can see and asked if there was any other hotels that were better than Fresh. Shes obviously going to give you an answer and told you her answer. In this case to me it looks like you asked her a question and she answered it. Tbh not really Advertising from my perspective

Just saying @MuttonCurry, I know they did the wrong thing and consequences should be taken but saying 'they should be banned' is basically saying that if you were in that situation you would ban them straight away which in my perspective is quite harsh.(No offence)
