[12/3/2015] UPDATED: When reporting a user, you MUST provide video proof instead of screenshots for the following:

- Someone who trades fake furniture.
- Someone who advertises.
- Someone who scams.

If you have no video proof then unfortunately we cannot take action. We will try our best to catch advertisers in-game from now on instead of User Reports as many people have made fake screenshots to get users banned.

Please be informed that you must include your full screen in the video so we can clearly see the hotel address for verification purposes.

If we are in a shop buying things, and a person trades us orange thrones, we must quickly turn on our recorder? Do we immediately tell the person that the thrones is fake or do we just keep quiet? If we speak out, he might cancel the trade, and we cannot record him trading fake furni.

Simple, if you see that they're trading fake furni, just say brb mom called or some excuse, and while they're carelessly waiting for you to deal with your mom that didn't call you, you're opening up your recording program to drop some fuckin justice.
