items wiped

Came on yesterday to find all my items had been wiped 28 skys dragons 24 bronze dragon 25 silver dragons 32 forest dragons couple of fire and blue and jade dragons and 20 odd gold dragons. I tried talking to mods and they just told me not there problem. spoke to kylie and she told me if i asked why my hand was wiped id be banned. she said it was probably cause i didn't pay for them when i did pay for my items from the shop through nick i also won some of my dragons. i want an explanation to why these items have been taken off me.
